Whether it is the mirror finish of high-gloss UV, the delicate feel of soft-touch coating, or special effects like gradient and iridescent, everything can be confirmed through free sampling from your drawings or samples.

Jinlekang runs a 285-meter fully automated 3-coat 3-bake line inside a Class 10,000 cleanroom, supported by two semi-automatic reciprocating lines, covering high-gloss UV, matte UV, PU, soft-touch (rubber-feel) and solid color paints — coating common plastic substrates such as ABS, PC and PP at a monthly capacity of 100K–1M pieces, with free sampling to support everything from pilot runs to volume supply.

01UV COATING

◆UV Coating (High-Gloss / Matte)

UV-curable coating cures instantly under ultraviolet light: the high-gloss version delivers a mirror-like shine, while the matte version gives a refined frosted texture. It is one of the highest-volume processes for 3C housings — and our most reordered process.

Fast curing, ideal for continuous automated lines with stable volume lead times
Hard, wear- and scratch-resistant film; high-gloss version achieves mirror effects
Matte version offers even haze and excellent coverage of sink marks and flow lines

02PU COATING

◆PU Coating

PU (polyurethane) coating is a two-component, ambient-cure paint with a full, warm-feeling film that balances hardness and toughness — a common choice for mid-to-high-end housings that demand a premium look at a controlled cost.

Wide adjustable gloss range (high-gloss to semi-matte) with high color fidelity

03RUBBER FEEL COATING

◆Soft-Touch (Rubber-Feel) Coating

Soft-touch coating — also called rubber-feel or elastic paint — forms a skin-like, softly elastic film that is anti-slip and fingerprint-resistant, making it the first choice for handheld products. Flocking coating belongs to the same family with an even softer touch.
